Providing strategic advice on procurement, commercial structuring and delivery models, including PPPs, alliances and hybrid approaches to optimise risk, value and delivery outcomes.
Designing and optimising governance models, performance measures and benefits realisation approaches to strengthen accountability, improve decision-making, and maximise infrastructure performance and outcomes.
Building stakeholder alignment and strategic engagement across all levels of government, industry and the community to strengthen collaboration, build consensus and secure social licence, enabling successful infrastructure outcomes.

Experience
Founder and Principal of RIS Advisory, Anissa Levy, has led the design and implementation of Infrastructure NSW’s Infrastructure Investor Assurance Framework and now serves as a Lead Reviewer and Reviewer for NSW Gateway Reviews.
Her executive leadership across Transport for NSW, Water Infrastructure NSW and Infrastructure NSW, including oversight of infrastructure portfolios exceeding $70 billion, provides a unique blend of strategic leadership, program governance, independent assurance, and hands-on development and delivery experience.
